As Senior Director of Business Development for Team NEO covering the Aerospace & Defense and Military & Federal sectors, Keri engages with companies and federal entities to help them explore growth opportunities and address challenges. Prior to joining Team NEO in June of 2020, Keri served as Economic Development Manager for the City of Beachwood and worked in the City of Hudson’s Community Development department. Keri holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Gannon University and a Master’s degree from Cleveland State University in Urban Planning, Design & Development with a certificate in Economic Development. She served on the Business Advisory Committee for The Employment Collaborative of Cuyahoga County, which places developmentally disabled adults into the workforce and was a member of The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio’s LeadDiversity class of 2021. Keri is also a Friend of the Garrett Morgan High School of Engineering and Innovation where she shares opportunities with manufacturers to connect with the high school students.
