J.P. Nauseef
J.P. Nauseef (nau-SEEf) is the president and chief executive officer (CEO) of JobsOhio, a private nonprofit corporation designed to drive job creation and new capital investment in Ohio. At JobsOhio, he leads a dedicated team of industry sector specialists responsible for attracting, retaining, and expanding business, military, and federal installations statewide.
As a U.S. Air Force veteran, entrepreneur and advocate for economic development in Ohio, J.P. has significant executive leadership experience in the private, public and nonprofit sectors. Before joining JobsOhio in March 2019, he was the chairman and co-founder of Krush Media, a full-service digital advertising, media and data company spun out of Krush Technologies, which J.P. led and helped found.
J.P. served as president and CEO of the Dayton Development Coalition (DDC), where he led community efforts to raise the profile of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base during the 2005 base realignment and closure (BRAC) process. He was also the chairman and co-founder of Military Heroes Foundation, and a co-founder of Hometown Heroes – two organizations that celebrate and support veterans and military families.
J.P graduated from the University of Dayton and then entered the Air Force as an officer. He later earned a master’s degree in systems management from the University of Southern California.
J.P. is married and has four sons.
