BRANDON TALBERT

Brandon serves as Managing Director of Austin Consulting, the site location services arm of The Austin Company, an international design-build firm based in Cleveland, Ohio. Brandon has led and conducted comprehensive site location consulting assignments for a wide range of manufacturing clients, with a focus on aerospace, food and beverage, consumer products, life sciences and clean energy. 

Brandon has over 20 years of experience in site selection consulting and economic development. Brandon joined Austin Consulting in 2012 and has served as Managing Director since 2020. Prior to joining Austin, Brandon worked for economic development organizations in Indiana and his home state of Tennessee. Brandon’s background has enabled him to help clients build strong partnerships with government and economic development organizations.  

Brandon is actively involved in various industry organizations, including Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), Area Development, Southern Economic Development Council (SEDC), and Consultant Connect. He frequently serves as a subject matter expert speaker on a range of site selection and economic development topics.   

Brandon is a graduate of Milligan University, where he earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems.
